A LOT has been going on the last few day. So, let me see if I can catch you up.
First of all, I am playing “Capture the Flag” at Funky Playground Designs. I am in awe of some of the amazing kits that other designers who are playing have created – so, make sure you go check out the gallery there and snag some wonderful kits! The competition is fierce – there are some awesome, well known designers playing – so, I feel like a kindergartner who is taking the SAT with a bunch of high school seniors! I am pleased with my kit, Scribble Scrabble… hopefully the judges will be as well. Stop by there, grab my kit and leave me some love! I need all the confidence I can get

While creating the kit I learned how to make true type fonts. I am always on the lookout for great CU fonts – and they are out there, but you have to look. The one I am sharing tonight is my first attempt – it’s a fancy handwritten font. If you like this one be sure to download the elements from my Scribble Scrabble kit because I included a font in it as well!
I also made a set of brushes to use in the kit. I am sharing them with you tonight. Its a set of 5 CU brushes. I will be making a much larger set in the future to sell – so, consider these the “try before you buy” set ”

I same still working on the kit I keep promising – but keep getting sidetracked! Seems like I have been designing every spare min. these past few days but not making fast progress! Tomorow night my goal is to at least have the papers up!
Oh… and what do you think of the my new preview template? I haven’t decided yet.. LOL I think maybe I spent too much time looking at it this weekend… hehe
You might see me more out and about visiting all the blogs I love because I finally sat down the end of the week and learned how to use google reader. I don’t know what I ever did without it! What a nifty little application. So, I highly recommend you learn how to use it if you like to keep up with a lot of blogs! Don’t forget to subscribe to mine
