I made this using my new kit, March Days. (Which can be purchased at Michelle’s Angels or The Creativity Box) The kit is PU, but the frame is a CU gift to you! Use it in your kits if you wish. Someone left a comment the other day asking about my TOU. I do have one and always add it to my kits for sale and sometimes remember to add it to my freebies. (oops, sorry guys!) It’s really simple – if it’s CU then you can pretty much do as you please… you just can’t resell an overlay as an overlay, a brush as a brush etc. On elements just don’t package up a set of my stuff and resell – add it to your kits, personalize it etc. make it yours 
(Recolors ok) Anyhow, I hope to have tab added with my CU here on my blog soon… it’s on my “to do” list (Which seems like it’s miles and miles long!)
